Dialogue Counselling

If you are struggling with some aspect of life it can feel very isolating. If you share what is troubling you with those close to you they will try and be supportive and offer advice, but this may not feel right for you. This can leave you feeling unheard, or not understood and alone with your problems. At a time like this a compassionate and understanding counselling service can really help.

At Dialogue Counselling I offer a supportive, compassionate, friendly and professional counselling service. I will work with you to help you through your difficulties . I offer a confidential space where you will not be judged and where I make every effort to see the world from your point of view. A space where you can feel safe to explore your feelings and gain insights into why you are finding life difficult. Counselling can put you back in control of your life. As a result, you can move your life forward in the direction that feels right for you.

It can be difficult to believe that there is a way forward in your particular case. However, my experience as a counsellor over the years has shown me that counselling can really help. It allows people to unburden themselves and this leads to a happier life.

I have post-graduate qualifications in counselling from the University of Edinburgh and am a registered counsellor at Counselling and Psychotherapy in Scotland (COSCA).
